My first port of call was the car dealership where I recently bought my new car. It was secondhand, and the previous owner had lost the master key. They had to reprogram a new master for me, and I picked it up at the start of my latest tour.
The next stop after that was a quick comfort break on the M25, then to the Little Chef at Sawtry for lunch.
I spent the afternoon in Oakham, visiting the Rutland museum. Looking back, I missed Oakham castle. I know I was outside the entrance, but I never spotted it.
I spent the night at my usual Travelodge at Morcott.

Today was my birthday which I spent at Rutland Water. I remember seeing seven Bewick swans a swimming. On the way back, I popped in to see some relatives.
