This is the first post of my new hobby – building up a database of the 404 errors to my various websites. Some are genuine pages that have been deleted, although why people are trying to look at them, I cannot explain. The plan is to identify the known hack attempts and instaban them.

The first one I have seen a lot is wp-login. Yes, I know this is a wordpress site, my other sites are not. Even my wordpress sites are closed tiny groups, so no one should be trying to log on – any attempts get a ban.
