Every day I catch a bus whose ultimate destination is the airport. Obviously a few passengers will travel with large bags, so the bus has a luggage rack at the front. 

Once a week, someone puts their wheeled suitcase into the floor section. During the journey, it always rolls out and glides down the bus. 

The problem is that people don’t think. The other thing I noticed is that people put their suitcase flat on the shelf. This takes up all the room, so the next person has to struggle to get their bag on the higher shelf. If only they put the suitcase on its side.
