Bad labelling at M&S

I am just back from M&S with my purchase of six pitta breads. The label on the shelf said 60p. I was charged 70p at the till. I didn’t say anything at the counter as I was not sure I had read the right label.

After paying, I went back to the shelf and it definitely said 60p. Fuming, I went to customer services only to find a huge queue of other Christmas shoppers. For 10p, I gave up and let the big corporation win again.

Earlier I was fooled by their fruit juice 3 for £3 offer. When I went to choose the flavours, I noticed they were priced at 3 for £5.

The cheaper juices were there but you had to search for them.
