Excitement at Luton
Sitting in the departure lounge at Luton when these alarms sound and a recorded voice. “please evacuate the building”. No one moved for for a while, but slowly people started to walk towards the fire exits. Then everyone was turned away from the fire exits, I think the staff were trying to keep everyone airside. Departure lounge
It was an easy passage through airport security. My non metallic shoes and underpants worked well. Now I have a 2 hour wait before boarding.
Luton airport
Sitting on park and ride bus, Luton airport at 3:19am. Everything going to plan at the moment although I will have an hour wait before the checkin opens.
Ninety three sausages
Another all you can eat breakfast. The waitress asked how many sausages would I like which set me thinking. If I asked for ninety three, they would not do ninety three. What would happen if I asked for five. Maybe, if that was all I was having? There must be some sort of undefined limit [...]
